Here are some events that we've hosted recently.

March Break

This short-term membership provides full access to the gym and all regularly scheduled classes during the March Break period. Only $25! This is a great deal.

Happy Hips

A two-hour workshop with Caleb exploring slow, intentional movement through the hips and sacrum. If you carry tension in your hips or low back, or simply want dedicated time to unwind and move with care, this is the class for you. No experience necessary. Apr 11, 2-4pm.

Running Club

Heron Creek’s 12-Week Running Club starts March 9 and is designed especially for beginners who want structure, support, and accountability while training toward a 5K. The optional goal is the Ancaster Mill Run on June 2, but participation in the race is not required. We’ll meet weekly and train together in the Spring Valley conservation area and nearby fields.
