Certificate can be used to purchase goods or services only at the Heron Creek facility at 385 Jerseyville Rd W, Ancaster ON, or online at heroncreek.ca. Any product and service may be purchased with this gift certificate except for Physiotherapy.

 

Certificate is not redeemable for cash. Any balance in your favour after purchasing goods or services will be kept on your account as a store credit that you can apply against future purchases.

 

Certificate is transferrable prior to redemption but may be redeemed only once. Once redeemed, the store credit is no longer transferrable.

 

To redeem your certificate, bring it in to Heron Creek, or call 905-648-4571, or submit a “Contact Us” form on the website heroncreek.ca. We will ask you for the gift certificate number to set up your account. We will require additional payment information if your purchase(s) exceed the value of the gift certificate.
