Heritage Days Parade

Being in a parade should be on your bucket list!

We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to walk with us and help make our business stand out in style. This is a fantastic opportunity to show your support, connect with our vibrant community, and be part of a memorable experience. Heron Creek has been participating in this parade for two years already, and this year should be even better! Come join us for a lovely 2km stroll down Wilson Street.

When: Saturday June 13 at 8:30am. The parade starts moving around 9:30. While we wait, it's a great time to get to know your fellow parade walkers and have some coffee and treats and put on sunscreen.

What will I do? Just walk the 2km to the TD bank on Wilson St W. No special tricks, no demonstrations. Just smile and wave. We may hand out water bottles, but only if you want to do that.

What should I wear? Dress for the weather. We will hand out T-shirts, preferably during the week before so you don't have to change on the street. Comfy shoes, of course.

What should I bring? Nothing at all! Sunscreen will be provided. Wear clothes. Clothes are good. It's a family event.

How will I get back to my car? We will have some cars at the end of the route to take you back to the beginning.

How do I sign up? At the reception desk. Please sign up asap so we know how many shirts to have ready.
