Embrace the energy of Spring with our six week transformative Yoga Nidra series!

Catilin will weave Spring's qualities of rebirth, expansion, and vitality in to each session while also providing the deep relaxation and introspection that Yoga Nidra offers. The emphasis will be on gentle inner exploration, creating space for personal growth and aligning with the natural rhythms of the season.

It is highly recommended to attend all 6 weeks to grow and change with the season. You will begin to rest easier each week and relax even more. If you cannot attend all 6 weeks there is an option for dropping in for one session or as many as you'd like.
