Solomon Joseph is a dedicated personal trainer and graduate student with over 10 years of lifting experience. He’s deeply passionate about helping people reach their fitness goals through smart, science-based, and personalized training. Currently pursuing a Master of Rehabilitation Science at McMaster University, Solomon focuses on how physical rehab can improve recovery and function for people with serious or complex illnesses. With a strong academic background and hands-on experience in both research and clinical settings, Solomon takes an evidence-based, practical, and results-driven approach to training. He’s worked as a teaching assistant in physiotherapy and anatomy, contributed to several rehabilitation-focused research projects, and volunteered in physiotherapy clinics using treatments like LASER therapy, IFC, and Ultrasound. His academic work has been shared at major conferences and published in areas such as cancer rehabilitation, mobility, and mental health.
