Join Stephanie DeBou and Stephanie Heartsong for an evening of restoration and magic! Enjoy a 90 minute guided restorative yoga class with a live soundbath from Heartsong Medicine. With the comfort of cushions and blankets to support you through a select series of postures, we will open the body, mind, and heart to receive the beautiful vibrations all around. Through vocals, chimes, drums, quartz bowls, gongs, and more, you will be guided into a state of deep relaxation and bliss. Reset and raise your vibration through healing sound.


February 1 marks the Celtic celebration of Imbolc, the halfway point between Winter Solstice and Spring Equinox. It symbolizes the return of warmth and hope, and invites us to begin again, planting seeds of transformation deep within the warming earth and our resting, still bodies. At this time of year, as the deep’s earth core begins to wake up, so too does the activity of plants, trees and animals that had gone underground for winter. Through intentional rest and soothing sounds, we will mirror in bodies what is happening in Nature - the first stirring of new beginnings, hope and growth. 


What to bring:

  • Dress warmly in layers - you will be lying down for most of the practice

  • A Yoga Mat

  • An eye mask (optional)

  • A Journal and pen (optional)
