Thanks for your membership purchase!

Please come into the gym and ask at the front desk. You will be asked to sign a waiver.

Your contract will start on the day of your first visit.

To help speed up registration, we encourage you to print, fill out and bring in the appropriate waiver form below.

You will not be able to participate without a signature from your parent/guardian!

If you prefer to sign the waiver on your first visit, your parent/guardian will need to come in with you.
