Join us for Puppy Yoga!

Settle into your yoga practice alongside friendly Springer Spaniel puppies, known for their affectionate, people-oriented nature. These young pups may wander from mat to mat, pause for a quick cuddle, or curl up nearby during savasana. Their easygoing temperament adds a relaxed, welcoming energy to the room, making it simple to unwind and enjoy the moment. Expect a class that feels light, comfortable, and genuinely uplifting from beginning to end.

April 25-26 classes

This litter has 12 healthy puppies! We guide them gently to all participants so everyone has plenty of time with them.

Saturday April 25 at 1pm and 2:30pm

Sunday April 26 at 12:00pm and 1:30pm

Price: $45 + HST, 10% off for annual members

Ages 5-7 each child must be accompanied by one adult

Ages 8-12 one adult for up to 4 children
