New class for 2026: Pilates and Play

Pilates & Play

Take time for yourself while your child enjoys an hour of fun, movement, and creativity! During Pilates & Play, caregivers participate in a Pilates class upstairs in our loft while children (ages 4-10) are supervised downstairs in our studio.

Kids will enjoy a variety of engaging activities, including yoga, active games, crafts, colouring, and creative play in a safe, welcoming environment. Our goal is to help children stay active, build confidence, and have fun while parents can get active and focus on their own wellness.
