Join Caleb for slow, intentional movement and breath, as we soften the gateways of the hips and sacrum, inviting old holding patterns to loosen and return to the earth. Like a quiet drumbeat beneath the practice, we listen for what the body is ready to release, honouring sensation as messenger and teacher. This is not a practice of force, but of remembering–allowing the hips to open in their own time, their own way.


This offering is open to all levels, with all props lovingly supplied to support rest, safety, and deep surrender. Bolsters, blocks, blankets, and the wisdom of the floor become allies as we shape each posture to the body before us. Expect a grounded, mystical atmosphere where stillness is medicine and comfort is sacred. You will leave feeling rooted, spacious, and gently reawakened—hips lighter, breath freer, and spirit steadied by the quiet knowing that the body, when listened to, always knows the way.


When: Saturday April 11, 2-4pm


What to bring: Comfortable clothing you can move in. Mats and props are available for free at the studio.


Pricing: $49 plus HST for non-members. Annual members receive 10% off.
