Experience the deeply restorative power of Yoga Nidra, often called “Yogic Sleep”, a guided meditation that invites you to rest in a state between waking and sleeping, where deep healing and transformation can occur.


This 6-week series, led by Caitlin Pace, is designed to:

No experience necessary. Just come as you are, lie down, and be guided into deep relaxation. Perfect for anyone feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or simply in need of rest.


Pre-registration strongly encouraged. Drop-ins welcome. Bring your mat, a blanket, and anything else you need to feel cozy.
