Heron Creek has been locally owned and operated since 2003. Over that time we have built out a full facility that includes weight training, cardio equipment, yoga, barre, and group fitness classes, along with personal training and physiotherapy services on site. The space is clean, bright, and never overcrowded. You will recognize the same faces behind the desk and on the floor every time you come in.

We are not a franchise. There is no head office setting the culture here. The people who run this gym are the same people you will see when you walk through the door.
