Settle in for a relaxed open house to celebrate our community. We’ll be pouring hot coffee and tea and serving fresh baked treats from Caniche French Bakery on Wilson St, plus light snacks to enjoy between conversations. Drop in anytime, say hello to us, connect with fellow members, and pick up a couple of easy wellness tips to carry into your week. Guests are welcome - bring a friend or family member and make a morning of it. No workouts required, just warm company and good food.
