Barre & Bounce: Strong Parents, Happy Kids

Barre & Bounce: Where Fitness Meets Family Time!

Looking for a fun way to stay active while keeping your little ones entertained? Join us at Heron Creek Yoga & Fitness for Barre & Bounce, a family-friendly program designed to bring fitness, creativity, and community together!

While parents enjoy a barre workout upstairs, kids can join Georgia for an hour of yoga, movement, creative crafts, and fun activities!

Each week, children will explore different yoga activities, get creative with hands-on crafts, and enjoy opportunities to move, play, and make new friends. Our goal is to create a welcoming and positive environment where kids can build confidence, express their creativity, and have fun!

Whether you’re joining us for the full program or dropping in for a single class, we’d love to welcome you and your family!
