The Alignment Project

This 8-week, 1 hour Hatha series is designed to cultivate confidence, clarity, and a deeper sense of personal strength on and off the mat. By workshopping just 2 or 3 key postures each week, students are given the space to truly understand what they're doing, why it matters and how to grow within it.


This slower intentional approach builds body awareness and self-trust, helping participants feel more grounded, capable and empowered in their practice over time. Students don't just "do" the poses - they embody them, leaving with a stronger sense of confidence and a practice they genuinely understand and can return to.
