I’ve never been to a gym. Can you help me get started?
Absolutely. We begin with a short conversation, a tour, and 3 "quick start" sessions with a trainer to learn the basics safely.
Can I drop in any time?
Many of our members do this. If you just want to lift weights, hang out with your friends, or use the treadmills, come on in.
I've used gyms before but all I ever do is go on the treadmill and do some lat pulldowns. Can you offer 1 on 1 coaching so I can improve my routine?
We offer personal training, physiotherapy, and one on one coaching with weekly weigh-ins and nutrition assistance. For occasional advice, ask a staff member or one of your new friends.
I have a medical condition that limits exercise. Can you accommodate?
Yes. We routinely adapt movements and, when needed, and recommend gentle classes or private coaching to stay safe and build confidence.
What hours are you open?
Weekdays 6:00 AM–9:00 PM, weekends 8:00 AM–6:00 PM. (Holiday hours may vary.)
Do you offer virtual options if I’m not ready for groups yet?
Yes - live Zoom classes and a video library you can use from home.
Can I just try a few classes first?
Drop-in and pass options are available. We also offer free trials.
