What should I wear?
At our gym, we believe that comfort is key when it comes to workout attire. Feel free to wear the that make you feel your best while exercising. Just remember, for everyone's safety, closed-toed are a must! Get ready to enjoy your workout in style and comfort!
Do I need to bring my own equipment?
At our gym, we provide all the necessary equipment for all of our classes, ensuring you have everything you need for a great workout. We also offer a variety of machines for you to use during your visits. However, we encourage our members to bring own mats for classes, especially for yoga, to enhance your comfort and experience.
