Yoga

Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned yogi, you will find a class you'll love at Heron Creek. Our teachers are among the best in Hamilton. They love teaching and truly care about their students.

We offer more than 30 yoga classes per week, from Beginner to Advanced in our spacious studio with hand-painted mandala, fireplace and hardwood floor.

Our yoga teachers teach a variety of styles including Anusara, Iyengar, Astanga and Yin - there is something for everyone.

We offer workshops and sessions such as Yoga for Low Back Pain, Make a Mala Workshop, New Year's Intention Setting class, Yoga Nidra, Kids Yoga and Family Yoga. We also offer Pilates, Ballet Barre, and Iron Yoga.

All of our instructors are experienced in teaching to different abilities and providing modifications for individuals. We supply all props too!
