After attending an Aerobics class, Joanne decided to help people with fitness, and has been doing so for over 20 years. She taught Step, Aerobics, and Body Toning classes. Joanne has led running groups, adult and children’s spin classes, boot camps, senior classes and mom and baby groups. Joanne shares her passion for fitness with every client, and helps them to become their best self. Her client's success is her favourite motivator!
