After transforming my body from 150lbs to a lean 210lbs at a rapid pace, I decided to help others overcome the same insecurity. My fitness career began straight out of school as a co-op student, I quickly climbed the fitness ladder up to owning my own personal training studio in 2016 called REPS Personal Training. My years of experience has advanced my training and I now focus on helping anyone reach any form of goal. I decided to bring my training expertise to Heron Creek Fitness as it seemed like a great opportunity while I was making some career changes. I was lucky enough to find such a great space full of great people.
