She managed a fitness facility and designed programs for individuals with severe physical disabilities, in addition to being an off-ice trainer for figure skaters (both adults and children) at the Hamilton Skating Club. Donna has always been involved in sports from a young age and in the fitness industry for the past 32 years. She has 4 children and 8 grandchildren. In her spare time, she loves to ride her Harley and she has her gun license (both ways to destress in addition to working out). Quality of life is what it's all about for her and that's the message she tries to promote to her clients, helping to encourage and motivate them to be the very best they can be. Building self-esteem and gaining confidence are other benefits she is passionate about.
