Hey, I’m Scott!
My approach to fitness is about cultivating a sustainable lifestyle based on balance, consistency, and holistic principles. I believe the purpose of movement training is to prepare our bodies and minds to be healthy and resilient for the rest of our lives. Studying with the CHEK Institute (Corrective Holistic Exercise Kineseology) has equipped me with the best tools and principles to help you overcome movement challenges and to meet your fitness goals safely and effectively.
My speciality is core conditioning and integrated movement techniques. If you see me on the gym floor, come say hi. Let’s work together towards greater freedom of body and mind!
