New to Heron Creek?
Plan ahead before your first visit!
If you don't currently exercise regularly, a great way to get back into it is to attend a Yoga or fitness class. Choose one that seems easy. You can always attend a harder class later once you've started moving. Show up 5 or 10 minutes early and introduce yourself to the instructor, especially if you have any health issues, range of motion issues, or prior injuries.
Strength training is a great way to turn back your biological clock. However, if you are not currently using weights, or are unfamiliar with our equipment, we strongly recommend that you hire a personal trainer. They are trained to motivate you and help you achieve your fitness goals safely and effectively. Injuries can set you back weeks or months - don't risk it.
Wear comfortable, athletic clothing
