Susan is a Registered Massage Therapist, Group Fitness Instructor, and Personal Trainer. She has over 25 years of experience in the health and wellness industry, providing clients with professional care and positive results. She is also an Ontario Certified teacher for grades K-12 and has taught Anatomy and Physiology at Career College. Susan has proven herself as an accomplished triathlete who has completed over 300 races in a multitude of disciplines, including Ironman Hawaii twice. She also teaches spin classes at Heron Creek and can help you with your Health and Wellness goals for 2020!
