Joanne Tower

I have been a fitness professional for over 20 years. I found my passion for health and fitness while attending fitness classes when I was on maternity leave. I was inspired to motivate and help others, so I left my corporate job as a buyer and became a fitness instructor. This allowed me to spend more time with my children.

Throughout my time as an instructor I have led running groups, adult and children's spin classes, boot camps, senior classes and mom and baby groups. I became a fitness trainer after seeing the amazing results from incorporating weight training into my own program.

I am dedicated to sharing my passion and enthusiasm for health and fitness with my clients. helping them become the best version of themselves from the inside out. I continue to learn and grow by keeping up with the ever-changing industry, but seeing my clients success is what truly keeps me motivated.

Main Focuses and goals:

- Keeping your body functional and strong is so important. I focus on strength, mobility, and flexibility using a mix of body weight exercises and various equipment including; the trx, weights, bands, and medicine balls.

- My workouts bring a variety to those who have been doing the same thing over and over with little to no results

- I want to bring positive changes to my clients lives and give them a strong foundation to sustainably live a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
