Nothing beats the energy of a great fitness class! Our classes are fun, safe, and effective. Our expert instructors and friendly members will keep you coming back week after week. Right now you can share in that great energy online using Zoom on your computer, tablet or phone. Join us every day and stay motivated during Covid! When we re-open, we will enforce many measures to make classes safe including limiting class size, social distancing, sanitizing equipment between classes and more. And for those of you who wish to attend classes from home, we will have live class streaming.

What to Expect

Not sure which class to take? No problem! Talk to one of our Member Advisors. They'll help you pick the best classes for you. With more than 30 classes per week, there is something for everyone. Read our Class Descriptions here

Class Etiquette


Wear clean indoor shoes.

Make room for other attendees when attendance is high.

Please arrive at least 5 minutes early for class.

Come earlier if you need to fill out a waiver or make a purchase.

Wipe down your equipment after use - we supply spray bottles and wipes if you need them.
