Fitness Classes

Our classes are upbeat, effective, and taught by certified instructors to give you great results. People who attend group exercise classes are 30% more likely to exercise regularly than people who work out on their own.

What to Expect

If you're new to our classes, don't fret. We have a variety of different classes to suit your needs. If you're just getting started or prefer a more gentle approach, we've got you covered with our Essentrics classes which are a combination of strengthening and lengthening exercises. But if you want something more intense, we've got spin, body blast, Zumba, and more. With more than 30 classes per week, there is something for everyone.

Class Etiquette


Wear clean indoor shoes.

Make room for other attendees when attendance is high.

Please arrive at least 5 minutes early for class.

Come earlier if you need to fill out a waiver or make a purchase.

Wipe down your equipment after use - we supply spray bottles and wipes if you need them.
