About
Donna McManamy
I love working out so much I opened my own gym in 1995, Donna’s Friends In Fitness. I’ve seen a lot of fads and changes in the fitness industry over the years, but what has stayed the same is that the key to optimal health is a healthy lifestyle, eating healthy, and working out consistently.

My approach is centered on building a comprehensive understanding of my client’s current health status, daily routines, and fitness objectives. My goal then is to design programs aimed at enhancing both physical vitality and mental well-being. I encourage variety in workouts to keep things engaging and to help prevent plateaus as well as injuries due to overuse. I encourage a mindset of progress over perfection. My mission is to empower clients to lead healthier, happier lives by instilling in them the tools, knowledge, and motivation needed for long-term success. Through on-going support, encouragement and guidance, I strive to foster a positive and empowering environment conducive to personal growth and to enhance one’s quality of life!
