Heron Creek Yoga brought Ballet Barre to Hamilton in 2013 from Los Angeles
Our members love Ballet Barre and Cardio Barre because it tones arms abs butts and legs. It’s a challenging workout that gives you the lean toned muscles of a dancer--and who doesn’t want that?
Come try this fun, low intensity ballet class. Based on standard ballet repetoire, we use simple ballet barre exercises and isometric strength training to tone the body, strengthen ankle, leg and back muscles. You will also be stretching muscles which will increase flexibility, improve your posture, work on balance and have a great, graceful time!
Tutus are not required but certainly welcomed to add an extra splash of fun to your workout! Join us for TuTu Tuesdays at 11:15am.
