Joanne has been a part of fitness in our building since 2003 when it was Cedar Springs. She is a beloved instructor, challenging her students in Body Blast, Spin and Group Power But did you know she is also a fantastic personal trainer and former model?

Her signature program 5 Weeks To Fit is an exclusive results driven program open to motivated people.

You’ll train one-on-one 4x per week and once a week on your own.

You’ll receive a flexible meal plan, grocery list, tips to be successful,  progress meetings that include before/after photos, measurements and weigh-ins.

You’ll have access to a private Facebook group where you can ask questions, get meal ideas and for support and encouragement.

Not a member at Heron Creek? Not a problem. You will have unlimited gym time for the duration of the program.
