Joanne has been a leader in the fitness industry for over 20 years. She is a beloved instructor challenging her students in Interval classes, Spin, Group Power and HIIT as well as a skilled personal trainer and former model.
​Her signature program 5 Weeks To Fit is an exclusive results driven program. She will give you the encouragement,accountability a motivation and tools achieve your fitness goals.

10 one-on-one personal training sessions (2 per week)

exercise plan for the five weeks

flexible nutrition plan with grocery list & tips for success

weekly group coaching sessions in person *(or view online later)

3 private progress meetings with measurements and weigh-ins

private online group for support and motivation

plus unlimited fitness and yoga classes for 5 weeks

Not a member at Heron Creek? Not a problem. You will have unlimited gym time for the duration of the program.
