Heron Creek Offers Traditional & Innovative Yoga Classes
Our goal with every class is to enhance your health and well-being. We offer a variety of styles to suit different personalities and bodies, or even just moods! Try Hatha Yoga for a very traditional class with more time spent holding poses. Or choose Ashtanga Yoga Flow for meditation through movement if you want to move briskly through asanas linked by sun salutations. Yogilates is a good mix of the two styles with Pilates moves for abs, back and legs/butt to help strengthen the core.
