YOGILATES 1 hr. The best of Yoga and Pilates will sculpt and stretch your body and refresh your mind. This addictive class for all levels includes great music & a short meditation. Beginners welcome. Bring a mat or borrow one of ours.
HATHA YOGA 1.5 hr. Traditional Hatha Yoga practice improves your health and well-being in so many ways--posture, strength, balance, flexibility, focus, and stress reduction to name a few. Everyone from beginners to athletes will benefit. Gentle Hatha is aimed at seniors or those who have some physical limitations. Bring a mat or borrow one of ours.
BEGINNER/INTERMEDIATE YOGA 1 hr. Be healthy and happy again. Learn breathing techniques, poses, and meditation to release muscle and mental tension. You won’t believe you ever lived without it!
ASHTANGA FLOW 1 hr. This wonderful intermediate/advanced yoga class will challenge you with numerous sun salutations and focus on different aspects of the Ashtanga practice.
BODYLICIOUS 1 hr. Fun, easy-to–follow fat burning intervals of cardio and weights expertly taught by a personal trainer will make you fit, strong and bodylicious! Bring weights, clean indoor shoes, and water.
ZUMBA 1 hr. Ditch the workout and join the party! Amazing cardio party that's so much fun you'll forget you're exercising. Bring clean indoor shoes, (runners or dance shoes) a towel, and water.
MEDITATION 30 min. The antidote to Crackberry- career- soccer- hockey- homework- diet- marriage- money problems. Relax, breathe, just be. We’ll show you how. You’re welcome.
Specialty Classes-By Registration only 10 weeks starting Sept. 13, $119+ HST
Intro to Belly Dancing 1 hr. Sculpt your core, tone your limbs, and awaken your inner goddess with this exciting blend of traditional Egyptian and cabaret bellydancing that is fun and easy to learn! By registration only. Tuesdays at 6 p.m.
Kids’ Yoga 1 hr. A fun class for kids 6-11 to improve balance, strength, flexibility and concentration, taught by a certified Yoga & ECE instructor. By registration only.
Teen Yoga 1 hr. All kinds of teens will gain flexibility, balance and core strength for their bodies, as well as confidence, focus and stress release for their minds. Self-esteem, healthy body image and nutrition will also be addressed. By registration only.
