Experience - Getting certified is an important step, but there is no substitute for experience. Dawn Sarabura has over 17 years of fitness experience, and she continues to study and learn. In June 2008 she completed 100 hours of certification with Downward Dog Yoga in Toronto. She draws on her background in dance, weight training, Yoga, aerobics, and water fitness to provide motivating programs that produce results. As a wife and busy mother of three, she also understands the demands of today's hectic lifestyles and offers practical advice for making fitness a part of your life.

Choice of workout location -Come to our private yoga and fitness studio in the country, (yet only 7 minutes from Ancaster centre) or let us come to you. Don't forget our Yogilates classes at Cross Fit in the Ancaster Business Park.

Integrity - The Sarabura family has been part of the Ancaster community for almost 30 years and we intend to grow the business by offering honesty and service to our customers.
